Driving While License Suspended 2nd offense.

Silent Observer offers citizens the opportunity to provide police with vital
information - yet remain anonymous. Silent Observers can receive rewards of
up to $5,000 for providing information leading to the arrest of individuals,
who are later bound over for trial.
The Fugitive of the Month Program features a monthly "Wanted Fugitive" whose
capture requires public assistance. The maximum reward level is $1,000
dollars. To date, this program has featured 110 fugitives and 101 have been
captured.
