Feds: Negro Gary woman accused of selling child for porn seen in images

A Gary woman accused of selling a child to make child pornography can be
seen in the images holding the 18-month-old child, according to a probable
cause affidavit.

Natisha Hillard, 24, was ordered held without bond Wednesday pending
trial. She was charged with one count each of selling a child for
producing child pornography and allowing a child to take part in child
pornography.

According to court records, police started investigating Hillard’s co-
defendant, Christopher M. Bour, 39, of Gary, when a woman tipped police
that Bour had texted her to ask if she wanted to record him sexually
touching a child.

An FBI agent posed as the woman and texted back to Bour, who wrote that he
had sexually touched a an 18-month-old child.

Police searched Bour’s residence and found six images of him and a child.
A woman’s hands could be seen holding the child in each of the pictures,
and in the last one, her face could be seen. That face matches Hillard’s,
according to court records. Bour told agents through his attorney that he
had met the woman through a dating site and claimed that the pictures were
taken in the woman’s apartment.

Bour was charged with buying the child to make pornography.

Federal agents think that the images might have been taken in his
residence because another woman can be seen in other pictures, according
to court records.

Bour and Hillard were scheduled to be arraigned on the charges Monday.
