Michigan city state prison today welcomed the new inmates from Indianapolis.

Mean while:
After several days of rioting,the governor declared a state of emergency today.After taxpayers demanded the halt of raising commodity priced and the extortion of revenue. Three police officers were killed and eight wounded. Nato troops were call in to defend a no rifle zone around the capital.
Bartering has been band and is now against the law !
Farms and businesses were looted and burned by gangs of thugs demanding ransom from loved ones. "There are bodies on every street" here in Indy says one police officer ! Road blocks have been setup to stop these gangs, but have done little to stop the violence.Authorities are demanding that everyone stay indoors.
