Hello, Google News engineers.
Do you ever try your products on computers which aren't set on English
for default language?
Here in France, your product "In Quotes" just do not work. Whatever
the computer, the Google account, the browser, the language of the
browser, the cookies of Google News, the ISP or the OS, we all get the
same thing :

Did you now it happends on almost every Google applications using AJAX
Search API?
Example: http://www.google.com/2008election/ => no quote, no news.
