Override Compress Option during Dev

Hello,

New themes are featuring m_Compress tag to compress CSS and JS. When in dev, the changes mades to sources files are not updated, how can we cleanly override this, rather than entering hard coded script lines for each file?

While in debug mode it is done automatically, without need to press "Rebuild Theme Files" button each time.
