CSV Export always assumes, that column names are phrases

CSV Export always assumes, that column names are phrases, but when "use_phrases" => 0 parameter is used in grid field declaration, then column header should not be translated.

Same issue with "View Menu -> Sort" menu in grids.

Since we use phrases across all In-Portal code, so cases when someone wants not to use them are rare. That rare case happened lately. Gladly I was able to fix that.
