Cron script raises several warnings, when invoked from command line

When "tools/cron.php" file is invoked from command line (using php cli) it raises several warnings about missing REMOTE_ADDR key in $_SERVER array.

Also it would be good to let users know, that "tools/cron.php" script could also be executed from command line and not through "wget" program, that uses webserver to run it.

could we add a small link somewhere in Tools to see error log, if any?
in tail style of course, new line at the beginning of file :)

Cron script should not output any errors, since he only executes agents and updates "Agents" grid, so you can see how they was executed last time cron script was executed.

We are not expecting any specific errors from agents to be displayed, since they should work without errors.

Thanks for the patch Alex,

Will test shortly.

Also, about Phil's note on Event Error Log, we can actually think
about something like Agents Error Log or just Log, can be useful in a
the future. What you think?

As I've said before there are no any specific errors produced by agents, that we can put into log.
