First opening of Admin Console takes 5 seconds with Memory Caching enabled. This is because of "StructureTree" variable value is calculated and cached.

Thanks for optimizing this - patch tested okay!

PS. I can't say that we have gained 100% speed increase since it's wasn't 5 seconds to load in my server, however it definitely looks more efficient now.
