Inaccurate label "la_fld_Comments" translation

Label "la_fld_Comments" is translated as "Description", that is not correct. It is used only once on group editing page, where it is used as label for field "Description".
I think that such fact caused incorrect translation originally.

I propose to use "la_fld_Description" on group editing page and fix current phrase translation.

Found on 5.1.0-RC1.

It's correctly translated in French pack.

Since nothing is translating French pack except you. English language pack is however rapidly changed without proper translation control.
