Issues with kCurlHelper class

We several issue with our curl helper class:

• we can't enable curl operation logging, when debug mode isn't enabled;
• information, that is logged isn't enough to understand who did the request and it's status (success/timeout/etc.);
• when logging enabled, then curl requests hangs up the script in random way ending with white screen.

v2 patch version also adds ability to exclude individual curl requests from log, with logging enabled for all other requests. For example we could exclude file downloads, since log will contain all data of downloaded files.
