Remove "la_EmptyValue" phrase

We have strange phrase named "la_EmptyValue", which is translated as " " (space) and is used in 3 places to make first option of dropdown field on editing form empty. That's a really strange approach, since we have "has_empty" parameter for "inp_edit_options" block, that is used to display dropdowns on form, which does the same without new phrases.

What bug with custom menus? Is this related to that la_EmptyValue phrase? Maybe it's not related. Or it's related? That empty value related to custom fields was in "ElementType" field, where custom field type is specified.

yes it is, but it wasn't "my problem", as I don't have any use of this
type of custom field -yet-, but when I find something weird, I explore
all ways to make it happens again. I like pink panther, so I like
pink-panther's folders too :D
