Issues with Virtual and Protected sections in 5.1.1 Beta1

Hi everyone,


First of all thank you for getting In-Portal 5.1.1 Beta out of the
door!


I have downloaded ZIPs from the website to tried installing -
everything when smooth (with Advanced theme).

I believe I have found the first issue when the system is marking
every single template in the Catalog as VIRTUAL (created by user) and
NOT Protected (can be deleted) including the ones that should (example
Home or any section under the Platform) be marked otherwise by the
logic.


This was the original task in 5.1.1 for it:

683: Preventing the Deletion of specific Sections in the Catalog

Can anyone else confirm the same issue?

All sections created by theme scanning during installation are marked as "Protected" (including "Home" which is alias for "index.tpl" template). Some of them are marked as "Virtual" as well, but that's how it works.

I've tested on SVN checkout.

Replicated, only when debug mode is turned off during installation.

Fixed the way it allows to change Type and Protected fields, while theme file rescan.

Dmitry, please test and create the task for 5.1.1
