Hi guys,

I have came across 2 issues in recently improved "Improvements to Form Submissions" functionality (5.1.0-RC1):

1. When setup my Subject field in submission form as drop-down type and list there let's say 4 options, then when I am trying to Reply to a user submission via messages I see the ID of my options preset as Subject on my email.

Example - it will say:

Subject - RE: 4

instead of

Subject - RE: Sales Question.

Do we have a way to show the Text value of the drop-down option when it's shown in the Input field?

2. For some reason I have NO "new lines" in the email body send by me as a Reply to a User Submission. All NEW lines breaks are removed.

Here is how the email looks:
===========
Hello, This is a test reply. Need to make sure there are new line breaks in this email. Need to make sure there are new line breaks in this email. Need to make sure there are new line breaks in this email. Need to make sure there are new line breaks in this email. Need to make sure there are new line breaks in this email. Sincerely, Website.com > Comments

Sincerely,

Website administration.

Would you please check on your end and comment?

Thanks.

DA.

Another issues noted that BCC includes the 1st receipt:

from

toDmitry <dand...@gmail.com>

May be we should automatically add our sender address as first BCC to fix this?

It'd be great to be able to choose "NO BCC at all".

I came accros the same problem with sugest link, where a simple mail to confirm link suggestion was sent to visitor + bcc:our defaut address, this is a weird behavior. I've updated to 510-RC1 and now doesn't happens anymore as far as I remember.

Are you sure, that bcc issue is related to forms at all and not to contents of email event, that is sent?

Hi guys,

Please skip my BCC part in this task, but first 2 are still there.

Thanks.
