Missing template error reporting broken in non-mod-rewrite mode

When mod-rewrite is turned off, then when we go to missing template it tries to display design template (which always exists) and we don't see and error OR nice 404 not found template like in mod-rewrite mode.

Can you provide me an example, using advanced theme for example? What should I enter in URL, and what's the result?

You can visit registration page for example and then type "test" in
url instead of "register". Mod-rewrite must be off.

yes, you're right, whatever we enter after index.php?env=-xxxxxx will do the same

There was a little bit template detection method in 4.3.9 and before and that's why it's worked.

I don't think this is a big issue, as most websites will use mod_rewrite...

Also such error reporting is very useful in administrative console and especially for developers, who mistyped template name and wondering why they see other page with no errors on it.
