Advanced Theme - In-bulletin modification

Hello,

in in-bulletin/topics/topic_detail, we refer in the navbar to in-bulletin/designs/post_list, but this desing doesn't exist anymore.

Should we add it, or remove the navbar link? I don't know what's the use of this page.
