Url parameter "pass_events" is not stripped from url after being processed

Url parameter "pass_events" is not stripped from url after being processed. Parameter "pass_events" is used to force placing available event names into url. By default it is off and no event names are given into url.

Yes and no. When event is present, then prefix is not rewritten (it's purely each rewrite listener decision).
