Testing v501-B1 and B2 Core

Hello guys,

I'm on the following configuration
  In-Portal5.1.0-B2
  In-Link5.1.0-B1
  In-News5.1.0-B1
  In-Bulletin5.1.0-B2
  Advanced theme v102-B2

> hosted on Rome

updated from 503 the following way:
- created a new subdomain
- untared all new packages files in a clean directory (no old files)
- dumped DB in a new one
- ran updated process using the dumped DB

I encounter the following problems:
  - unable to activate DBG mode
  - standard link suggest form cannot been submitted (you can try here ), it wasn't working also in 503, but I wanted to wait an update to avoid submitting a bug for an old version

May I've omited obvious action to take. I can give you root access credentials by email.

Discussion title is incorrect. I suppose you wanted to write 510 instead of 501.

We have moved "debug.php" from root of installation to "/system" sub-folder as you certainly remember. I've already asked Dmitry to move it for you.

Here are fields, that you have marked as required on link submission, but haven't placed on form. That's why it shows error, but doesn't highlight any particular field.

I was thinking about mistakes from my end, thanks for these fast replies and sorry for forgotten debug move.
