When in "advanced" thee and in "Content Mode", then you see a lot of HTML in page title

When in "advanced" thee and in "Content Mode", then you see a lot of HTML in page title (forgot password page for example). That is page name translation link. I suppose we should add no_editing="1" to Phrase tags used inside "page_title" block used inside <title>....</title> tags.
