Missing "Front-End Login" and "Administrative Console Login" advanced permission name phrases.

Also I've noticed, that phrases for such permissions have "lu_" prefix, like "!LU_PERMNAME_LOGIN_DESC!", which is also incorrect.
After digging deeper I've discovered, that replacing "lu_" prefix with "la_" resulted in displaying proper phrase translation.
