I just read all help on the occasion of the problem, but nowhere have I found a solution.
I tried several times to make a payment of additional space on the e mail account, but to no avail.
Today my services are expiring and my email will be shut down.

How did you previously pay for storage? I'm not sure if Montenegro was a supported country.
