can In-app billing(android) send a confirmation back to my server?

Hi i need in-app billing for android to send a 'postback' to my server
so i can update my sql database once the purchase is complete, is this
possible, ifso how?

You think create workarounds better way than profide such simple functionality from google backend?

Pleae let me know how i can get additional info from purchase from google merchant page? Like orderId or buyer id and so on?
