Problem: Sign up for In-App Payments (sandbox)

Hi Google

I'm unable to signup for "In-App Payments (sandbox)". I have been trying to sign-up for past few days without any luck. I'm in US and am trying with all US information. 

I saw couple of posts in the forum stating that this is a recurring problem..and it was fixed in March.

However, I'm unable to signup. I tried everything - including silly ones - such as, different computer, different browser combination and different OS combination. :) You can tell  how desperate I'm, huh?!! :)

The sandbox sign-up is working, what kind of errors are you getting?

thanks for the tip by pointing me to the instructions. 

trick is to use "fake" tax id number. [  "Federal Tax ID". Try 12-2345679  ] 

I was trying to use my real numbers and it was failing.
