KK test for windows

Hi,

There are a lot of papers that reference a simple program called the "Kramers-Kronig Test for Windows, version 1.01"  Essentially, this implements the method called the "Linear Kramers-Kronig Transform Test" described in J. Electrochemical Society, vol 142. No. 6, 1995 by Boukamp. 

It is essential for data validation. 

Does anyone have this program or provide a link?

I tried implementing it in Matlab, but had troubles properly inverting the matrix (I wasn't getting alternating positive/negative values for R_k).
