   6-10 years of C#.Net (this is the most important requirement) with
   strong Oracle or SQL backend

   HTML/JavaScript, ASP.NET , JQuery

   A track record of success on delivering quality code in a timely manner

   The ability to switch focus quickly. Our work load is highly dependent
   on customer requirements which can Substantially change the priority of
   work in the plan.

   Experience in enterprise applications development using ASP.NET,C#. NET,
   AJAX, JavaScript ,JQuery and Oracle

   A positive attitude.

Less critical but desirable skills include:

   ASP .NET 3.0, AJAX

   Experience with automated testing tools
