Welcome to the International Model Forest Network discussion board!

This is an open discussion forum where members can post any question, comment or information item on any subject related to model forests. It was created as a response to comments made at the 2005 IMFN Global Forum where participants wanted direct access to other model forests. All model forest and country level contacts will soon be invited to initiate a discussion or respond to a colleague's inquiry.

This discussion board functions as a listserv, meaning that posted items will be directly sent via email to all members. Please note that members can post in any language but translation will not be offered. If you would like to reach the broadest possible audience, please be sure to post in multiple languages or in English.

Images, documents and web links are welcome and encouraged. In addition to this board, the IMFN Secretariat has created a 2008 Global Forum blog and of course our website. Membership to the blog and Wiki are free. Contact imfns@nrcan.gc.ca for more information about these networking tools.
