I need to install certain package which I manually downloaded from Internet (without package manager). I have all the dependent packages with me, & know the order. Please help me to create an installation script that will install all the packages in the given order.

Also tell me whether it is possible to use this install script on another system if I took the installation files along.

I've googled a bit & found complicated script files, which I'm not able to understand. I'm a newbie to this sort of thing, so please help me accordingly.
If you already have a simple install script with you, just send it. I'll make the changes. I'm using Ubuntu 9.10.

PS: AptonCD isn't enough...

@adhin
If you have downloaded the .deb packages you can add them easily using synaptic.

Put all the .deb files in a folder,
Open synaptic.(System->Administration->Synaptic)
In synaptic File->Add downloaded Packages
Choose that folder with your packages

If it is not .deb packages you are talking about,please let us know
what packages they are

Yes, I'm talking about .deb files.
Can you  include binaries too, I mean tar.gz? If it is, please let me know...

Thanks
