We want to move to a single storey house in Obs – My knees are giving out!

• We are looking for an Obs house with: 

ü      Secure parking or a garage.

ü      2 loos

ü      Not too close to the noise of the clubs in Lower Main.

ü      Rooms which can be used as a studio and a study.

ü      Preferably a sunny, North facing bit of garden for our Staffie, Lucy.

• We want to sell our much loved Obs house in Lytton Street with views front and back - see the attached photos.

ü      Gavin Ewers 073 227 2042. Gavin and his capable team have rebuilt our kitchen and built numerous cupboards of all shapes and sizes for us. They are knowledgeable, hardworking and helpful. They carry out any interior work.

ü      Kevin van Leave 072 228 3364. Kevin has done some excellent painting, tiling and general fixing up for us. He is also knowledgeable, hardworking and helpful. He, in addition, does roof cleaning, general repairs, leaks, curing damp, waterproofing, plastering, plumbing, floor sanding and woodworking.
