If you gave us more details about your iLO (when did you buy it, model,
memory capacity) somebody on the list might have an idea.
However, in general the bigger the company, the better the MP3 player will
work with proprietary services (Napster, iTunes, etc). Almost all the iLO
products are engineered by small companies on behast of Wal-Mart so getting
them to work with any protected service is problematic if you are having
problems (i.e. there is often no one to complain to). So if you are still
capable of returning it to Wal-Mart that isn't a bad solution. However, I
assume since you are asking the list for a solution you are not capable of
doing so.
