Maintenance of production & labor reporting system.  Generated reports
reflecting status of the workload and production efficiency.  Printed out
all the orders required to meet the scheduled deliveries.  Trained other
employees on computer usage & new software implementation.  Verified &
interfaced with purchasing regarding the material requirements for all
orders to meet the scheduled deliveries.  Responsible for coordination of
production shipments (contacting carriers & generating necessary
documentation such as packing slips and bills of lading).

Interfaced with all the departments involved in the production of electron
tubes, maintaining their inventory requirements which facilitated the smooth
flow of production from one department to another.  Generating and issuing a
weekly report, as well revising & updating said report on a daily basis,
which reflected the status of all in house programs.

Initiated and installed a Production Control System for the section.
Coordinated  raw material requirements to sustain Research and Development
while keeping production going.   Prioritizing the workload in the model
shop and receiving inspection to maintain the production schedule.
Developed cost estimates on all tube sub-assemblies.  Generated an
efficiency analysis for each electron tube assembly by departments.
Senior Technician:     1979-1982       Northrop Corporation        Rolling

Managed two process departments (Chemical lab & Furnace room). Performed
evaluation of new processes and recommended their implementations. Reviewed
work instructions. Trained new employees. Instituted safety procedures.
Ordering all the supplies & parts needed to keep the two departments
running.
Technician:     1977-1979       Northrop Corporation        Rolling Meadows,

Chemical mixing, electroplating ( copper, nickel, silver, gold ) controlled
atmosphere brazing ( hydrogen & vacuum ).  Developed the pyrolitic coating
process which to this day is still being used.
Payroll Analyst:     1976-1977      Casco       Cicero, IL
Maintenance of entire payroll systems for six other companies. Doing the
actual payroll, generating paychecks & the reports for the state & federal
government.
Cost Accountant:      1975-1976    Tower Products Mundelein, IL
Establish quotes for the cost system and sales department.  Responsible for
the maintenance of the cost system, the sub-ledger, the work in process and
finished goods inventory, the factory project report, the initial
preparation of the financial statement and the weekly labor report. Physical
inventory. Reviewed all clerical functions processed by cost clerks.
Cost Accountant:      1974-1975      Oak Industry       Crystal Lake, IL
Coordinated the development of new product cost estimates used in
establishing selling prices. Recapped activity leading to the monthly cost
of sales journal entry. Analyzed purchase price variance and performed
auditing functions over the purchasing department. Compiled historical cost
accounting information which were used to analyze various monthly
activities. Developed yearly material labor and burden rate under a standard
cost accounting system. Recapped and maintained a sales order backlog report
which measured current order intake against projected new orders.
