Experience Summary:

 Around 8 years of experience in Analysis development Testing and
support various applications like Siebel Analytics, Siebel Sales
Application, Web and Java applications
 Hand on experience with Order Management, Opportunity Management.
 Strong Experience using Interactive Testing tools - QTP, Win Runner,
LoadRunner, Test Director and Quality Center.
 Hands on experience with Defect and Change Management Tools such as
Rational Clear Quest, Kintana.
 Strong experience with the open source tools such as JIRA, Mantis
Bug tracker, Ruby Spreadsheet.
 Good experience in managing the deliverables using Visual Studio
Safe, Share point Access.
 Involved in GUI Testing, LDAP Testing, Black-Box testing, White-Box
testing, UNICODE Testing, System Testing and Regression Testing.
 Familiar with Software Test Life Cycle and Bug tracking.
 Familiar with Defect Prevention Analysis activities like Pareto
analysis and Root Cause Analysis.
 Expertise in developing and maintaining overall test methodology and
strategy, Documenting Test plans, Test cases and editing, executing
Test cases and Test scripts.
 Good Exposure to ETL tools for Database applications.
 Good experience in Managing the distributed team in offshore/
offsite.
 Through knowledge in Quality Standards like ISO, CMM and Six-Sigma.
 Good exposure to project development models like Agile and V-models
 Quality oriented mind setup, Tactful and Diplomatic behavior.
 Excellent problem solving skills with a strong technical background
and good interpersonal skills.
 Quick learner and excellent team player, ability to meet tight
deadlines and work under pressure.
 Good programming knowledge in c, c++, Java.
