We are ready with the complete Business Proposal for the same,

Here are some highlights,
*No. of apartments - 20*
*Total Plot Area - 22000*
*Salable Carpet Area - 1375*
*Expected Rate - Rs 2200 to Rs 2550 / SQFT*

Your rate for these apartment will be derived from following parameters,

1. Final location chosen by all the buyers in this township (Land Rate and
Cost)
2. Final list of amenities chosen by all the buyers (Cost of construction)
3. And amount you pay upfront ( Rs - 10 Lakh, 5 Lakh, etc ) towards land
purchase. ( More upfront payment, Lesser rate for you)

To receive the complete Business Proposal become paid user, or come and meet
us in person, and we will show you entire business proposal and plan.

In this township we have only 20 apartments and booking will close on first
cum first serve basis,
