Participants,
Manny posted a survey for the PCD folks to provide feedback and suggestions.
For those not on Manny's PCD list, I will offer the following. Lynn and I are in discussion between now and the end of January about how to improve Connectathon process. That can range from discussions on specific tests to higher level discussions such as: "I could use feature X in Kudu (Gazelle) to help me remember to do ....", or "You should do all of the .... tests first thing Monday because we need that stable for the rest of the week".
Large or small, as you have ideas, please send them to Lynn or me. We will collect our notes and see what improvements can be made.
It would help us and you to get those to us by the end of January:
1. The problems you encountered are fresh in your mind (and ours).
2. We have committee duties during the spring and don't spend all of our hours on Connectathon issues during the summer.
A. If you can identify a problem, but offer no solution, we are happy to consider that. I still find that people tell me about problems they are having, and they have to do with gaps in our process. I want to fix those.
B. If you identify a problem and offer a solution, I will put you on my mailing list for Christmas cards.
C. If you provide a solution, but we cannot figure out what problem you need to solve, we will ask for more detail.
D. If you want to vent to me, go ahead. I often do that. Just keep my mom out of it.
E. If you want to vent anonymously,
E.1 Make a gmail account and send mail to me, or
E.2 Fax me your comments at 314-362-6971
F. If you want to vent about me, send those emails to Chris Carr/Lisa Spellman. Keep my mom out of those as well.
If you have no comments or suggestions now, but something triggers an idea later in the year, don't be shy about sending it later. I am only asking for your thoughts now because the event has just ended.
Spring training is about to open. You can also send comments about the Cardinals.
Regards,
Steve Moore
