Determining low and moderate income level areas

There has been some discussion about a project in what I’ll call a community in Marshall County that is unincorporated. Marshall County would like to assist with the matching funds from an account that can be used only in low and moderate income areas to help offset the project costs. I have found income data for Marshall County , but wanted data more specific to that area. At one time I thought the smallest census area that income data was available for was census tracts. The project area is less then one square mile.... more »
