For those of you involved with land records, looks like ESRI has unveiled a
new resource center earlier this week:

What is the Land Records Resource Center?

This Web site is for the ArcGIS Land Records community. It provides useful
templates and best practices information enabling you to implement ArcGIS to
manage key assets such as parcel maps and property information, perform
daily and periodic tasks in assessment administration, support analysis and
revenue predictions, and provide useful information about the land to other
government, business and citizen interests.

The Resource Center is the place for you to:

- Learn how to implement ArcGIS for managing parcel and land records
assets
- Download and configure ArcGIS templates that can help you get started
- Communicate with:
- Other land records, tax parcel, and cadastral users like you
- The ESRI Land Records team
