Nikki,
Could you please send this information out earlier in the future. I have to leave the morning of the day before the meeting to get there. Therefore, I don't see the agenda, etc. until after I've traveled to IA.
I believe it would be good to be able to see the agenda at least a couple of days before the meeting, especially if one is scheduled to involved in one of the topics. Also, it would provide an opportunity to comment or add a potential topic.
