A new hope

I received an e-mail today from Apple that gives me great hope that
Apple's going to change it's stance on interpreters in the near
future. Originally I thought the e-mail was from iDP tech support
because the author did not mention his title, but it turns out it was
from someone very senior at Apple. Wow.

No specific details, but he said he understands the fact that most
games actually contain interpreters of some type, and he expects the
issue to be "nailed down favorably" by the end of the week, and I
should get more information then.

Turns out the author of the C64 app which was rejected a few weeks ago
had a similar correspondence.

I'm hopeful...
