Thanks in advance.
These are my cases:
-Movie in Stereo: 2 "English" languages appear, the 2 are checked at
the same time and I get NO sound
-Movie in Dual (Spanish/English), Stereo: 3 "English" languages
appear, the 3 are checked, and I get NO sound
-Movie in AC3: 2 languages, "English" -checked by default with no
audio- and "English (surround)". If I choose "English (surround)" I
GET audio!!
I hope this helps to find out what's happening.
Thanks.

The "English" track might be the one created by iFlicks for the first second or so. This track is needed, so that iTunes is convinced that it can play the video on the Apple TV. Somehow the Apple TV doesn't seem to jump to the correct track (surround) after the first one has ended.
As the name of this suggests, this is only a "hack" which might not work all the time and break if Apple updates iTunes or the Apple TV (this has happened before). I strongly suggest to encode the videos for Apple TV, to prevent those problems.
