Hi everyone!

I'm volunteering as part of the Media Team for IFGE, and here's a blog
that we've put together:

The purpose of the blog is to help coordinate with the press, with
bloggers, and with the general public regarding getting information
out. We'll be posting press releases and information about IFGE

It appears that I may not be able to attend after all. I have a non
cancellable king room at quite a bit more than the conference rate.
However. I will pay for the room in excess of the conference rate if
anyone is interested.

The vast majority of events will be on the ground floor, with flat or
inclined access to every door. The exception to this is that there are four
seminar rooms on the second floor.
For those with mobility limitations, there is a service elevator that
provides access to these four rooms

My girlfriend is mobility limited, not in a wheel chair but steps are
a problem.

There seems to be a problem with the special conference rate being
available for the whole week at the conference hotel, and their online
registration page is less than helpful in explaining what is and isn't
available. Your best bet, until you find out otherwise, is to call the
hotel (Doubletree Hotel Tucson at Reid Park) directly at 520-881-4200.
