Hi everyone, I have a couple of announcements in regards to our
meeting for October.
Instead of a presentation, our fearless leader Luis is going to run a
workshop on getting started with ColdBox -- here's his description of
what he has planned:
Come and kick start your ColdBox development with this introductory
workshop. We will cover the basics of ColdBox 3.0.0 and how to develop
sustainable ColdFusion applications.
Also, we are going to shift the meeting back a week to give us a bit
of a breather after MAX, so we're planning to meet at 7:00 pm on
Thursday the 15th, at our regular location.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn ColdBox directly from the
author of the framework -- we hope to see you all there!
Just a quick note: Luis reminded me that we had planned to shift our
meeting start times a little earlier in order to have some time for
networking before the presentation or workshop begins. We'll be there
at 6:15, and the workshop will start at 7:00, allowing for a bit of
time for members to catch up with each other before the main event.

Ezra, I am still planning on being there tonight, but I have a really sore back right now. I am going to rest up a bit and we'll see if I go or not. Where's the ICE??? The subject is very interesting to me.

Will there be video broadcast from the meeting tonight? I can't make it. Bad back.
