I get 'Access denied' using selectivizr

well, im new using this tool, and im getting a problem. I got this on
my <head></head>
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/modernizr-1.7.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/jquery-1.5.2.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/mootools-core-1.3.1-full-
compat.js"></script>
<!--[if lt IE 9]>
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/selectivizr.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/IE9.js"></script>
<![endif]-->
when i open the page cn IE8 and go to the developer tool, y get this
error:

Are you serving the page over http or are you using it opening it
directly from the file system?
If your accessing it using file:/// then selectivizr will trigger this
error because of IE's security restrictions.
