What’s the Question? — Designing questions that inspire creativity with Tim Hurson
"Too often, we get trapped by the notion that creativity is about finding answers. Yet throughout the ages, our greatest thinkers — Socrates, Lao Tzu, Leonardo, George Washington Carver, Einstein — have reminded us that both creativity and wisdom begin with the art of asking. We all know that it doesn’t matter how good your answers are if you’re asking the wrong questions! You’ll see how questions without answers are true idea bait — when you toss some out it’s amazing what you can catch. And you’ll discover the art of staying in the question — the value of keeping your questions open, especially when the answers seem obvious."

Artistry Unleashed: Visual tools for the CPS process with Clara Kluk
In this Master Class, we will cover the following:
The Big Picture: Visualizing the Future through scribbling. With ink you will scribble, then discover figures in your scribbling to use as a projection tool to look at your future.
Cadaver Esquisito: Using the Surrealistic Approach to art as a projective tool. Cadaver esquisito is a team drawing activity. The drawing is then used to créate a story related to the original goal and used to assist in idea generation.

Synergistic Combinations: Exploring the possibilities of harnessing the combined power of Polarities and Creative Problem Solving.with Ismet Mamnoon & Elizabeth Monroe Cook, PhD
"By viewing situations through a Polarities lens it is possible to understand, capture and address the core challenges and how they are interrelated. By integrating Creative Problem solving techniques to elaborate, and then create novel and useful responses to the challenges we are able to create a synergy between the two approaches that results in powerful outcomes. Understanding the principles of Polarities, learning how to map them and how to use them effectively will benefit both facilitators and their clients."
