I thought I'd send you a couple of interesting software icu screen shots.

Look at "software-icu-last-ten-days.gif" first.  This reflects the entire
project history from day 1 . What you can see is basically a lot of yellow.

Now look at "software-icu-last-four-days.gif".  Although there's a couple of
splotches of red, there's a lot more green, particularly on the right hand
side where the vital signs focus on team "health" and participation.

What this indicates to me is that after a certain amount of overhead getting
started last week, most of the teams seem to be now hitting their stride
with most everyone seeming to be contributing.  That's a potential reason
why the ICU data for just the past few days looks much better.

That's great news, if the software icu measures actually reflect reality. :)

I am an optimist by nature, so I want to encourage you all to keep up the
good work.  In terms of the final evaluation, I'll just look at ICU data for
the second week of the project so that the startup issues of the first week
don't count against you.
