CLAIM VOTE: resource-udi (provisional)

Per our process [1], this email is to call for a vote on the proposed resource-udi claim here [2] (bottom row).
My vote is +1 for “provisional” status. The reason for provisional status is that as implementations move forward we may refine the description, data type field values. Such refinement is allowed by our process. We can move to full approval at a later point.
