New features in this release:
1.Create shell for the java program, now we can run it as an normal
Windows application:
- You can run it by clicking on rssreader.exe, no black dos window
any more when start
- add splash screen
- One instance support. Run rssreader.exe after you have opened one,
it will bring to the previous Ice Rss Reader Window.
2.Enhance Google Reader sync, support folder in Google Reader.
3.Add filter in News list view, you can filter the news with unread or
by date
4.Improve performance
5.Fix some bugs
