  <title type="text">Adding a bit about technology to society?</title>

  The society document inherently needs descriptions about technology. &lt;br&gt; Automatons, for example, can be seen as items of technology and space &lt;br&gt; flight is also in there. Should there be a little bit more about the &lt;br&gt; core technologies, such as Grav (that&#39;s used everywhere) and Light &lt;br&gt; Jumping? Should I just get on and update the old Technology files?

  Well, yeah, he got it better than I, but then he is my GM... &lt;br&gt; Despite the amount of time needed for this, if one creates a culture &lt;br&gt; and/or planet for ones own, it does give freedom to the creation as &lt;br&gt; well as helping to flesh out the character more and I found it to be &lt;br&gt; quite a nice way of doing it.

  We use both society books to look through, they do overlap I&#39;ve &lt;br&gt; noticed, and perhaps there are more differences than more info in &lt;br&gt; number 2, but at the moment and the way the GM does things, he &lt;br&gt; basically uses the books as resources to implement his own ideas and &lt;br&gt; our ideas into the world, as with most rpgs, the setting changes
