IBus version: 1.4.99

Now that iBus has been integrated into GNOME System Settings, the
application launcher that is displayed in GNOME Shell is not required. It
would be better to remove it; this way System Settings can be the main
place where people configure input sources.

We talked off line and confirmed this bug does not exist in the current
GNOME.
