http://code.google.com/p/ibus/issues/detail?id=882

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS (Linux distributions, UNIX or ...): Xubuntu 9.04
Architecture (i386, x86_64): i386
IBus version: 1.3.2
Input method name and version: ibus-anthy-1.2.1,
ibus-chewing-1.2.99.20100317
Python version: 2.6.2
dbus version: 1.2.12
dbus-python version: 0.83.0
gtk version (if bug is about gtk applications): 2.16.6
qt version (if bug is about qt applications):

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just press ctrl+space to switch ime to chewing
2. The setting window will be shown and soon hiden while the first switching
3. While I switching IME from other engine to chewing, it also happen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I guess that the setting window of chewing engine is recreated whenever I
switch from another engine. Focus will be changed because of switching into
chewing engine and it is annoying.

Please provide any additional information below.
