What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Can't input interpunct(间隔号·)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
iBus needs a method to input interpunct.

There are 3 ways to implement it.
1. Like SCIM, use "ubkg"(code for "间隔号") to input.
2. Like some input method in Windows, use Shift+2(@) in Chinese mode to
output it. Shift+2(@) will output "@" in English mode.
2. Add it into table of symbols, like "zzbd"(标点).
