Institute Industry relations(IBM@NITW)

Can we have a group where people from the industry, no
matter which company they belong to will be able to discuss various
topics with the students, instead of a group like this one which is
virtually dead. I believe such a group will be more beneficial to the
students of the institute and can expose them to various technologies
of today offering solutions to the problems of the same kind. We can
also have students from other branches too so that there is an
interdisciplinary activity in the group, which is lacking in the
institute. Please give your views.

I guess before looking for anything else, you should ask all guys from
ECE and CSE, NITW to join this group. I'm afraid the plight of
another group will be the same as this, unless and until there is
participation from you folks.

Ya and yesterday i got to meet Rajbhir and some people from the LINUX
Team at IBM.they were also for for it.Given that
people actively participate and show a sustained interest.so lets have
something this semester in our campus..
