Writing a Custom Advisor for UDP

Hello,
I try to write a custom advisor for radius (port 1812 udp). The examples
I found in the documentation are only valid for TCP. I need the
description for the methods to
set the port to udp
send udp data
read udp data
Can anybody help me? Has anyone written such an advisor?
